RIGHT TO VOTE

Right to Vote means we have right to choose our representatives or our government in a democratic country. In India Right to Vote is a constitutional rights under article 326 of the constitution, it means this right is not guaranteed right like fundamental rights. In real sense, it is similar to fundamental rights in mature democracy.
Today, we have completed 75 years of independence, many governments formed by party especially by Congress party, and BJP. After initial year of independence, congress form government in almost all states and centre, later regional parties formed government in southern state, not due to effective use of right to vote but as issues of language, and regionalism etc. Reform in agricultural lands,  Northern state the support of upper caste to Congress is decreases, and other parties like janta party formed government in state,  and in centre first time the Janta party formed coalition government due to emergency, not by effective use of right to vote. Late 90s, last decade of 20th century and first decade of 21st century coalition government formed in center by the regional issues.
In last decade, the increase in awareness, education and technology the right to Vote is using in limited scale like rajasthan assembly election 2018 Congress won but  in lok sabha elections 2019 , a single candidate of Congress party not won seat in Rajasthan and many more examples. first of all,I clear your mind that I am not praising the BJP party government, but I praising the voters of our country, its means not that the vote to BJP is proper use of right to Vote, you compare with other elections as you wish, I use BJP and Congress party as example. But some issues is also in that, we are choosing political party rather than candidate like in  constituency the name of member of Parliament is not known to 50% voters of  that candidate who won the election until whose is not minister or a political party's top leaders, this is truth you can also conduct a survey, and think about this situation. In case of MLA we prefer political party rather than candidate and thought that regional problems are solved by him , but we are wrong because some time political party's appoint outsider as candidate for election, we don't know how is s/he ? or what are our problem?

"WE ARE CHOOSING A REPRESENTATIVE OF US, NOT A POLITICAL PARTY'S AGENT IN A PARLIAMENT OR LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY "

We are not using completetly right to vote in the election on candidates. One of the most important issues in election is that we have to support that's political party which is supported by our elderly people of the family especially male members.
When our voters vote to a candidate on election in which they think that whom they vote is perfect by their point of you with thinking work and abilities, without seeing political party or  their family members supporting him or not supporting. Then, the other problems like to internal democracy in political party', corruption and infrastructure etc. will  solve. At this our democracy will be mature which is vision of our constitutional forefathers and freedom fighter. We are thinking about it, but in real sense approximately 30-40% voters doesn't participate in election.first of all this problem needed priority to solve it by providing many benefits or offer like tax benefit, reduction in civil punishment, penalty and challen, other schemes, etc.
