REPRESENTATIVES OF PEOPLE

Representatives of the people are mainly the Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA), Member of Parliament(MP), and some states have Member of Legislative Council(MLC) also. We call them representatives of people because they represent the voice of the people of their constituency in House/ Assembly.  every five year election takes place ,and we elect them.
Role of representative is to represent the idea, thought, belief, concern and problem in the house. In addition to it they form , suggest the polices, acts, regulation, and rules. India i.e. A country where high diversity present, it is necessary to provide representatives form of the government which is perfectly done by our constitutional forefather. our constitutional make thought that in future where all people would becomes well educated and knowledgeful. But  we are experiencing their fututeristice vision is worthless. we are voting those people who are representative of the political party not the representatives of us. 
lets leave it we think that, we support that political party  is good, and always belief their work and policies. In recent election, all the parties you could argue it  has given ticket to those candidates which are rich, royal family or relatives of politician, and you should think that they had ever experience the poverty or the problem of the middle class, just leave it also but they also giving ticket to criminal for example in 17th lok sabha 43 percent elected candidates have criminal charges, and assume that how much candidates have criminal charges when they contested election. just imagine in recent election how much candidates are contesting election. I am not understanding that they will actively participate in parliament, and make policy for us or they act as rubber stamp of few top politician because they got elected due to by party not by their power. I am not criticising present union government's political party you can also see in other state where other political party's government. 
If you apply for the government jobs then you have to done police verification , and if found any small charges even not in criminal nature, then your selection chances reduce or no selection, I am also aware that the representatives of  people is not employment under the government, but they will make the government.
Election commission of India always publishes the candidate's contesting election properties and charges if have, and we never check out, perhaps we check out the celebrity's life. 
We always choose best things and future for us. So, as a citizen of our country we should have to choose best representative for us to represent in the house.

The Reservation

The word 'reservation' is derived from the word 'reserve'. Reserve means that you determine the thing of place and the position of the people in any scenario. So reservation is simply setting the status. My main focus is reservation in our country. In our country, reservation in government jobs, government educational institutions and legislatures. In the legislature, there is reservation only for Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST).
