Sub-categorisation or Sub-classification

Sub-classification means dividing things, people, caste and society. Sub-classification of reserved category (except EWS) based on economic power or status. This topic is now a matter of recent debate, Haryana government announced that they will sub-categorize the SC, and the Supreme Court also ruled the Punjab State vs Davinder Singh (2024) on sub-classification in the case of Punjab, and E.V. Chinnaiah v. Andhra Pradesh The State (2004) overturned the previous verdict in the case.  The increase in class gap between caste people takes advantage of reservation and their family members also get benefit due to their family status increasing. We can easily see that most of the family members follow the same profession. The Reservation

The word 'reservation' is derived from the word 'reserve'. Reserve means that you determine the thing of place and the position of the people in any scenario. So reservation is simply setting the status. My main focus is reservation in our country. In our country, reservation in government jobs, government educational institutions and legislatures. In the legislature, there is reservation only for Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST). But others have reservation for Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Other Backward Classes (OBC) and ST and SC. THE BUDGET

 Budget is nowhere mentioned in the constitution of our country while "Annual Financial Statement" is mentioned in the article 112 and 202 for Union and state government respectively.  Normally budget means a futuristic dataset of the income or revenue and expenditure of the government, not only for government but it can be made also for a firm, family and individual. it is pass after voting in a parliament or legislature only for non charged expenditure while charged expenditure is not voted. most of us not know about charged and non charged expenditure, basically charged expenditure includes the salary of staff and daily expenditure of all government offices while rest of schemes and other expenditure lies in non charged expenditure. budget is divided into two part that is revenue budget and capital budget. REPRESENTATIVES OF PEOPLE

Representatives of the people are mainly the Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA), Member of Parliament(MP), and some states have Member of Legislative Council(MLC) also. We call them representatives of people because they represent the voice of the people of their constituency in House/ Assembly.  every five year election takes place ,and we elect them. Role of representative is to represent the idea, thought, belief, concern and problem in the house. In addition to it they form , suggest the polices, acts, regulation, and rules. India i.e. A country where high diversity present, it is necessary to provide representatives form of the government which is perfectly done by our constitutional forefather. our constitutional make thought that in future where all people would becomes well educated and knowledgeful. Today,we will discuss on political parties of our country. If you are  staunch supporter of any party, and not accept the criticism of your's political party. Then, my advice is to not read it. First of all, Political Party is such a institution who takes to participate in election processes. In our country political parties are divided into national parties, state parties and regional parties. RIGHT TO VOTE

Right to Vote means we have right to choose our representatives or our government in a democratic country. In India Right to Vote is a constitutional rights under article 326 of the constitution, it means this right is not guaranteed right like fundamental rights. In real sense, it is similar to fundamental rights in mature democracy. Today, we have completed 75 years of independence, many governments formed by party especially by Congress party, and BJP.
