THE BUDGET
Budget is nowhere mentioned in the constitution of our country while "Annual Financial Statement" is mentioned in the article 112 and 202 for Union and state government respectively. Normally budget means a futuristic dataset of the income or revenue and expenditure of the government, not only for government but it can be made also for a firm, family and individual. it is pass after voting in a parliament or legislature only for non charged expenditure while charged expenditure is not voted. most of us not know about charged and non charged expenditure, basically charged expenditure includes the salary of staff and daily expenditure of all government offices while rest of schemes and other expenditure lies in non charged expenditure. budget is divided into two part that is revenue budget and capital budget.
